The International HFF Academy INSIGHT OUT will be held at the HFF Film & Television University ’Konrad Wolff’ in Potsdam/Germany for the third time from the March 19th to 24th, 2007. The digitalisation of all processes during film production (’digital scene to screen solution’) is the subject of the training programme, which is addressed to participants from Europe. The academy’s trainers are experts from across the world, as the visual effects supervisors Joe Lewis (KING KONG and LORD OF THE RINGS) and John A. Berton ( I, ROBOT, MEN IN BLACK, THE MUMMY) etc., sharing their knowledge and experience in latest production technologies and methods in film and television

The programme INSIGHT OUT is designed for decision makers in the film, TV, and new media industries: Film & TV executives, producers, VFX supervisors, directors, cinematographers, animation specialists and post-production experts, line- & creative producers, cinema operators, and film school teachers.

With 30 European participants and 30 instructors INSIGHT OUT offers a very personal knowledge and contact platform on the highest level. Exclusive seminars allow intensive exchange between participants and experts in diverse topics, such as digital camera technology, HD technology, visual effects, 3D animation, digital intermediate, film scanning, colour grading, sound design, digital projection and many more.
